I honestly can't recommend SuperLofts highly enough. From the very first meeting through to the finished build, they completely exceeded every expectation we had. Before finding SuperLofts, we'd spoken to over ten architects, and every single one told us that a loft conversion simply wasn't possible on our house. The only two who thought it could be done both came up with compromises that completely defeated the point of the project—either sacrificing one of our bedrooms or having a staircase run straight through it, making our smallest room even smaller. We'd almost given up. Then we met Dan from SuperLofts. Within minutes of looking around our house, Dan confidently said, "We can get a loft above the existing staircase, no problem." It was the first time someone didn't focus on the problems—they focused on the solution. Dan recommended an architect, and together they designed something that honestly surpassed anything we thought was possible. On Dan's advice, we went with a wraparound loft extension, creating a stunning master bedroom with an en-suite that's significantly bigger than we ever imagined. Even the architect initially wasn't convinced the wraparound would be allowed, but Dan knew exactly what was achievable under Permitted Development, and he was absolutely right. As if that wasn't enough, we also removed the chimney breast from our smallest first-floor bedroom, which made that room noticeably larger too. We ended up gaining space throughout the house instead of losing it—something we never thought would be possible. The build itself was outstanding. Every tradesperson who came to our home was friendly, respectful, punctual and incredibly skilled. They arrived on time every single day, worked unbelievably hard, kept everything organised, and the speed they achieved without ever compromising on quality was genuinely impressive. Luke managed our build, and he was absolutely brilliant. He kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question, and nothing was ever too much trouble—even when we changed our minds on certain details during the build. His attention to detail, workmanship and professionalism were second to none. He genuinely cared about delivering the best possible result, and it showed in everything he did. The quality of the finish throughout the entire project is exceptional. We were so impressed with their workmanship that we also asked SuperLofts to completely renovate our first-floor bathroom while they were here. Looking back, one of my only regrets is not using them for the decorating as well. At the time we decided to arrange that separately, but in hindsight it would have made the whole project even more seamless, and it would almost certainly have worked out better value too. We're actually having another bathroom renovated by SuperLofts now, and when we build our ground-floor extension in the next couple of years, there isn't even a conversation to be had—they'll be the first people we call. Our home has been completely transformed. What was once a tired 1920s house is now a home we're genuinely proud of. Friends and family can't believe the difference, and neither can we. If you're considering a loft conversion, extension or bathroom renovation, stop looking. SuperLofts are honest, knowledgeable, incredibly efficient, and their craftsmanship is outstanding. They don't just build extra space—they find solutions that other companies can't see, and they deliver results that genuinely exceed expectations. We recently had a loft conversion completed by Super Lofts and have been incredibly impressed from start to finish. From the initial enquiry stage, the team were approachable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were able to visit another local project at different stages of the build, which gave us real confidence in both the process and quality of work. We also had the opportunity to speak with the site manager, which was really reassuring before making our decision. We requested the site manager, Luke, for our build which was agreed. Helen, the Administrator, was fantastic throughout and helped guide us through the full costings, particularly as we included a number of extras and bespoke changes. We were initially hesitant about starting the build in January due to the weather and having a 5-month-old and a 2-year-old at home, but we honestly needn’t have worried. Once the roof tiles were removed there was no water ingress at all, and the team did an excellent job protecting the property and retaining heat by covering the stair opening with thick sheeting. The main structural build was completed incredibly quickly — around 3 to 4 weeks — and all of the tradespeople were friendly, respectful and professional throughout. They made us feel fully involved in the process and were always happy to answer questions or discuss ideas. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They worked with us to customise several aspects of the build, including a media wall layout and repositioning the bathroom to maximise space, and they also kindly upgraded our windows. The quality of the finished loft conversion is excellent and has completely transformed our home. We also cannot fault the aftercare — Danny, the owner, has been brilliant and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction even after the project has been completed. SuperLofts have not only converted our loft but given us a whole new floor with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. All this in a 5 week build period followed by electrical, plumbing, and snagging works. Luke and his incredible team have been amazing from day one. They were creative in the build process and gave us practical options while the works were in progress to allow more space and storage. A couple of weeks into the project, I wanted recommendation for an air conditioning company. Danny recommended Martin who also worked alongside and around Luke and his team. From Martin, we got recommended a solar panel company who also fitted seamlessly into the project! This was a big project for our family with children at school and us working from home, and SuperLofts made it stress free with minimal disruption. We've not had a day without power or water which is amazing for a project of this size. Luke, his build team, the electrians, Dan and Ben, the plumber Jon, alongside Helen and Danny at the office have all been incredible throughout the process. Helen dealt with buildings control and made all the appointments throughout the process and made the project stress free for us. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Super Lofts. They transformed our loft into a beautiful bedroom with an en suite, and the whole process was handled brilliantly from start to finish. What really stood out was that the work was carried out during winter while we had a newborn at home - something that could have been very stressful - but the team made it as smooth and manageable as possible. Luke and his team were always professional, respectful, and incredibly friendly, which made a huge difference during such a busy time for our family. Danny, the owner, has been fantastic throughout. He’s been very responsive and helpful with any small snags after completion, which really shows the level of care and pride they take in their work.
